Lanca Contracting Limited is proud to announce the successful completion of a second self-storage facility for Fort Henry Storage located across from the Brantford Airport in West Brant.
This 21,000 square foot self-storage complex is complete with one office building and four stand-alone self-storage metal buildings. Lanca Contracting Limited worked closely with our client to determine the most profitable and efficient layout for Fort Henry, providing a total of 143 rental units of various sizes spread across four storage buildings. A mix of air conditioned and non-air conditioned space was provided to offer rental options for Fort Henry’s customers. At the far end of the site a recycled asphalt parking lot was supplied which hosts ample parking for Automobiles, RV’s, Trailers, Boats, Etc.
The site, just under 6 acres is comprised of asphalt paving and recycled asphalt driveways, a perimeter chain link fence with a controlled access gate and 24 hour monitored security camera system. The streetscape has a wrought iron fence complete with masonry piers and professional landscaping.
