Lanca Contracting was awarded the Construction Management for the design and construction of this flagship building located in Ancaster’s Tradewind Industrial Park. There are three buildings with Buildings C & D being a 90,000 square feet of manufacturing space and building E is a 40,200 square foot three storey office building. The office building provides luxury industrial leased space for office and manufacturing. Full curtain wall glazing surrounds the “jewel-like” three storey office structure. Manufacturing space consists of 3″ stucco embossed wall panels and a Robertson Building Systems standing seam roof maximizing today’s available R values.
