Lanca Contracting Limited was happy to partner with Bobcat of Brantford Inc, in the creation of their new 29,000 sqft custom home! This new build offers many upgraded features that represents the style and character of the Bobcat brand. In floor heating, glass partitions, and decorative concrete showroom floors make this build truly one of a kind.
There is 12 offices spread between two storeys with several meeting areas to promote an inviting feeling for visitors and staff. The shop space offers an impressive 11,000 sqft of work area, including a wash bay, parts inventory, and service area that is designed to meet the demand of a successful business while providing space for future growth. The attention to detail is not limited to indoors on this project, as several outdoor showcase areas compliment the interior showroom and provide a seamless transition for visitors who are looking for their next new Bobcat machine!
