Lanca Contracting Limited handled the interior tenant improvements for Matrix, which included a 1,600 sq. ft. office area featuring two washrooms, a kitchenette, and an office, along with a 1,000 sq. ft. showroom. The office shell was constructed with perimeter block walls and a hollow-core ceiling, allowing for future expansion to the mezzanine. The finishes consisted of functional commercial materials, including a polished concrete showroom floor and an exposed, painted industrial ceiling.
