Lanca Contracting Limited completed Design-Build services for a 40,000 square foot addition to a signature building in the prestigious Brant 403 Business Park.
The original award-winning design was replicated in the addition, making the original construction and addition flawless visually once completed.
The Pre-Engineered building addition was supplied by Robertson Building Systems.
Like the original building, the addition was outfitted with gas fired rediant tube heaters, LED high bay lights, two manual and two hydraulic loading docks, and two drive in doors. Perfect for many various tenant operations.
