Lanca Contracting Limited is building an additional 9,600 square feet of self storage consisting of two separate buildings containing 70 rental units that are pre-finished metal walls and roof. This brings the total of rental units of various sizes to 520 in 10 buildings. The site is completely fenced with a controlled access gate and an advanced monitored security camera system. Each unit is lighted and has separately monitored roll up doors. There still remains 55 spaces for RV parking.
