Lanca provided a project management service contract for this project at an estimated cost of $4,600,000.00. This new four(4) storey complex contains leasable commercial space on the ground floor for future tenants. The 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors house a combination of one and two bedroom apartments with balconies. The building exterior utilizes brick, stucco and glass finishes. All new residential apartments are complete with separate hydro, heating and air conditioning services.
