Working with Two Row Architects, this six storey office building with retail on main floor has two elevators and a common washrooms on each floor. The exterior was constructed of glass and stucco panels, steel structure with precast concrete floor slabs complete with concrete topping. The construction was in three phases: 1) Temporary parking 2) Construction of new building and 3) Demo existing building and complete the parking lot.
