Lanca Contracting Limited was awarded the leasehold improvements for Tandia Financial Credit Union through a competitive tender process. With a tight schedule of two months the construction team pulled together its skilled trades to turn the empty 9,000 square foot 3rd floor into a state of the art office space.
The project included a variety of feature walls paired with architectural glass wall systems and advanced building automation. Cutting edge office space was inspired by all four Canadian seasons and accommodates barrier free passage as well as a prayer room for religious needs. In addition, the project consisted of updating the fire alarm system, sprinklers, mechanical and electrical building components for the landlord as per OBC requirements.
