Lanca Contracting has won the contract to construct a new Swiss Chalet Restaurant at The Boardwalk in Waterloo. Working with Stantec Architectural, this single storey restaurant received brick, stucco and siding on the exterior. There is structural steel framing and steel stud infill, quarry tile, flooring throughout, T-Bar ceilings, tile and drywall walls. All the millwork and kitchen equipment was supplied by Cara Foods.
