Design Build by Lanca Contracting, this Robertson Building Systems pre-eng building, has single slope standing seam roof 23′ eave height. Front architectural stucco was completed with tinted curtain wall, accommodating one to four tenants, up to 10% air conditioned office space, 4 loading docks with 4 overhead doors. Additional features are T8 fluorescent lighting, infra red tubular heating, 50 paved parking spaces and architecturally landscaped property. Construction began in April 2014 and the project completed in October 2014.
