A tender awarded by Venerino V.P. Panici Architectural Inc. had Lanca Contracting Limited build a new two bay fire station. The facility received 800 square feet of upper floor area and washrooms, a locker area, office and a meeting room. The exterior of the Fire Hall received coloured architectural block walls, and metal siding. The roof was comprised of wood trusses complete with prefinished metal. The grounds were completed with paved driveway and parking lot with a standby generator.
