Lanca Contracting Limited has successfully completed the contract for leasehold improvements for the new tenants at 1100 Walkers Line in Burlington, Ontario.
The scope of work consisted of a combined total of 12,600 square feet for both the 2nd and 3rd floors.
Executive finishes to the newly constructed office spaces included for carpeting, vinyl plank flooring, factory finished wood doors, PC 350 clear anodized aluminum interior door and window framing.
