This was a 22,600 square foot, 1.8 million dollar design – build project by Lanca Contracting Limited. The facility consists of a pre-engineered structure for the plant area and conventional office construction, the 30′ high plant houses two 5 ton cranes. The office includes a lunchroom, washrooms, change rooms, reception, board room and private offices. The exterior became dressed with paved parking and a professional landscaping design.
