As a compliment to the Industrial Development that Lanca Contracting just completed for the Owner, Lanca also completed this additional Building A. This new 48,000 square foot industrial strip mall has units starting at 2500 square feet. The new facility features a Robertson Pre-Engineered building with curtain wall glazing and provides luxury industrial leased space for office and manufacturing.
