FLEETWAY TRANSPORT – DISTRIBUTION CENTRE ADDITION

Lanca Contracting Limited was hired to complete a much needed addition for a major local transportation and logistics company, Fleetway Transport Inc.
Located on 31 Garnet Road in Brantford, this 24,000 square foot addition is constructed using a Robertson Pre-Engineered System.
The building included for six new receiving docks with semi automatic dock levelers, a drive-in door, radiant tube heaters, CO detectors, exhaust and a new standpipe sprinkler system. The addition was ‘opened’ up to their existing building to offer an expansive space for their growing logistics.
New services required with this addition included for abandoning old storm and sanitary service, providing complete new connections for both with new domestic and sprinkler water services to the building.
