The versatile building offers a concrete slab on grade, 23-foot eave height, open high ceiling spaces, with available mezzanine space in all potential units.
The Robertson Pre-Engineered Building System is finished with aluminum storefront glazing of windows and entrances, EIFS system, contemporary stone veneer skirt with an architectural metal panel and stone veneer main entry.
