Lanca Contracting Limited successfully complete the construction of much needed affordable housing apartment complex in Brantford’s north end. The construction contract included for completion of this 50,000 square foot complex which includes 44, two bedroom units and 19 fully accessible units, as well as all exterior site services, parking lot construction and landscaping.
The project was awarded LEED Canada 2009 New Construction Silver Certification by the Canada Green Building Council.
The much needed community building was constructed to focus on Brantford’s aging community with physical mobility and other needs.
This building is administered by the City of Brantford Housing Services.
