Lanca Contracting was hired on as the Project Manager for the 10,000 square foot head office for Cornell Construction and Canadian Shield. Design work began in late 2010 and Lanca liaisoned with consultants and city staff to help expedite the permitting process. The building consists of a Robertson Pre-Engineered Building system complete with a galvanized standing seam roof and upgraded R values. Creative use of EIFS, tinted reflective glazing and stone veneer makes this building a show piece for the client.
