Lanca Contracting Limited won the contract to construct this 67,600 square foot industrial project for BGI Retail Corp., which is a Robertson Pre-Engineered building for the warehouse. The warehouse building has a pre-finished metal cladding with an eave height of 24′ and standing seam roof. A contemporary two storey office structure was added totaling 11,000 square feet, with reflective curtain wall exterior, a precast concrete second floor with exposed structure ceilings and a two storey main atrium entrance.
