Lanca Contracting won the contract to provide design – build services for this 28,500 square foot building, a warehouse addition which consists of a pre-engineered Robertson Building System structure with long span design. Walls are pre-finished metal siding, galvalume 24 gauge standing seam roof and interior wall liner. A 6″ concrete floor was complete with non metallic fibre mesh and Ashford formula finish, infra-red tubular heating, T5 fluorescent lighting and a sprinkler system. Construction began in July 2014 and the project was completed in November 2014.
