Lanca Contracting Limited has recently acquired 25 acres of prime industrial land in Brant County for build for medium to heavy industrial users.  The land is situated less than 900m from the Oak Park Road and 403 Interchange, and medium to heavy industrial users can be accommodated from 10,000 square feet to over 200,000 square feet in either a lease or freehold arrangement.
