In July of 2006, Lanca Contracting Limited completed this 30,000 square foot, 3-storey office complex for Millards Brantford (formerly Millard, Rouse & Roseburgh LLP). This full frame steel structure was built on their existing site at 96 Nelson Street in downtown Brantford. The traditional exterior design of the building has made it an instantly recognizable landmark and demonstrates Millards commitment to the revitalization of Brantford’s downtown core.
