Modern Farm House – Progressing on Schedule

Norfolk County, Ontario

This 2,956 square foot Modern Farm House is a design-build project by Lanca Contracting Limited.  The farm house is nestled into a cleared private forest retreat in Norfok County.  The foundation and entire rough-in framing is now complete.  Mechanical and electrical rough-in begins next week as well as the curtain wall framing and glazing.  Roof and wall cladding to follow.  Project is on schedule and is expected to be completed by December 2016.
