Carl’s Choice Meats

Lanca Contracting Limited is in the process of rebuilding Brant’s Carl’s Choice Meats, a 2,000 square foot building that was destroyed by fire last year. It will have a retail store area in front with staffroom and washroom. A large processing and receiving area plus cooler and freezer.  There will be in-floor heating in the red tinted concrete floor with epoxy coved base in all meat handling areas.  The exterior will have sealed architectural block walls and metal siding, with new aluminum main entry complete with handicap accessibility.  The building is accented with a wood framed canopy over the main entry.  

The project began September 20th and is scheduled for completion for mid December.
