1100 Walker’s Line Inc., Burlington, Ontario

Lanca Contracting is extremely proud to announce the successful completion of the building contract for the commercial building on 1100 Walker’s Line in Burlington, Ontario. Working with Two Row Architects, this six storey office building with retail on main floor has two elevators and common washrooms on each floor. The exterior is constructed of tinted, reflective curtain wall glass and stucco panels.  Black Alucobond canopy, full frame steel structure with precast concrete floor slabs complete with concrete topping.  Huge thanks go out to Lanca’s project team:  Phil Walker & Curt Bridgwater for the massive extra effort that went into making this project a reality.
