Lanca Contracting Limited is thrilled to announce the construction of a 30,000 square foot industrial facility for Scotland Agromart. This new building will replace the company’s outdated 17,000 square foot warehouse, which will be demolished to make way for the new facility. The new structure, a Robertson Pre-engineered Building, will feature a spacious warehouse, office space, and a staff training center.
Designed to support Scotland Agromart’s evolving needs, the facility will offer a 27,500 square foot storage warehouse, along with dedicated staff spaces. These include a 3,500 square foot staff training facility, scouts’ room, and lunchroom. The design’s colours and style have been carefully selected to complement the existing buildings on the Scotland Agromart property.
