Lanca Contracting Limited is pleased to announce that we’re in the process of constructing a new 3,041 square meter addition in the heart of the Ancaster Business Park. Using a Robertson Building System pre-engineered building, Lanca is adding much needed industrial space for businesses in the area. Keeping in mind the multifaceted requirements of our client, the new addition is set up to be as flexible as possible to cater to the needs of potential tenants. The addition can be partitioned into three, two, or a single unit depending on future needs.
A combination of straight and slanting loading docks gives the potential tenants substantial shipping and receiving capacity. The addition has been designed to blend seamlessly with the existing adjacent structure using complementary exterior cladding and storefront entrances complete with structural silicone glazing giving a fresh, modern appeal. The storefronts entrances will include Lanca’s custom canopy design for protection and rainwater diversion.
