Lanca Contracting was awarded the design and construction of this gateway building located at the entrance of Ancaster’s Tradewind Industrial Park. This two building project will be home to much needed manufacturing and office space in the Ancaster business park area. The primary build of 7,888 square meters has broken ground with the 1,462 square meter secondary build, soon to follow! With it’s prime location on the corner of Wilson and Tradewind, great attention to detail has been given to the aesthetic appeal of these buildings.
