River Rail Industrial Park has welcomed its newest building! Dansons has partnered with Lanca Contracting Limited as design builders of their new 200,000sqft home. This new facility will act as a distribution hub with it’s ideal location one block from Hwy 403, and will house a showroom displaying their many quality products (Pit Boss, Louisiana Grills, etc.). The remaining 146,600sqft will be offered as flex multi-tenant space for lease. This building is as impressive as it is massive! Sitting on a 10 acre site, the design has maximized it’s property yield with 45% building coverage, all while providing a 33′ clear ceiling height, SB10 conforming insulation, and an impressive 26 loading docks along with 4 ground height overhead doors. Diversification of use was considered in this design as Dansons and their perspective tenants will enjoy an ESFR sprinkler system with unit heaters and hi-bay LED lighting to suit racking requirements and a variety of additional needs.
