Lanca Contracting Limited has been awarded the contract to construct Phase I, an 80,000 square foot facility with future plans of Phase II a 40,000 square foot addition. The structure is a Pre-Engineered long span Robertson Systems Building with an eave height of 28′ with standing seam metal roof. Front wall is a combination of painted architectural block and tinted reflective curtain wall. Alucobond panels clad the impressive curved entrances. The building is intended to provide industrial leased space, designed with flexible interior for potential tenants with a minimum of (4) 20,000 square foot units or a total of 80,000 square foot space. Details include a 600 Amp, 600 Volt main service with flexible sub-services as required, T5 high efficiency Fluorescent lighting with gas fired infra-red tubular heating, (8) semi-automatic loading docks, (4) ground level 12’x 14′ overhead doors. All overhead doors are insulated pre-finished metal panels. Architectural landscape includes a paved parking area complete with poured concrete perimeter curbing and sidewalks as well as professionally landscaped grounds surrounding the building. The construction is to begin in May 2016 with estimated completion in September 2016.
