Working with Two Row Architects, this six storey office building with retail on main floor has two elevators & common washrooms on each floor. The exterior is constructed of glass and stucco panels, steel structure with precast concrete floor slabs complete with concrete topping. The construction is in three phases of 1) Temporary parking 2) Construction of new building 3) Demo existing building & complete the parking. Time of completion is estimated to be in late spring of 2015.
