York Maranatha Christian Reformed Church – Addition

Lanca Contracting has been awarded the contract to construct a 9,000 sq.ft. addition to the York Maranatha Christian Reformed Church, located on 33 King Ave in York Ontario.  The new addition will be a phased occupancy and construction is tying into the existing Nave and classrooms on two levels.  The new basement level of the addition will add 6 new classrooms, new washrooms, administration offices, new walkout basement entrance and renovations will be complete for the existing common room and classrooms.  The main level addition will add a new Nave and Stage, while renovating the existing Nave to become a new fellowship hall with a prep kitchen.  New washrooms and a prayer room will be added to this level as well.  Construction is scheduled to be complete in Spring 2016.
