Lanca Contracting Limited is excited to complete the construction of a new 46,682 square foot pre-engineered building in the burgeoning commercial development at 213 Garden Ave in Brantford, ON. Working together with Canadian clothing wholesaler “Tees N More”, Lanca has once again used its niche expertise in metal building construction to develop a unique and stylish base of operations for our client’s new facility on a limited footprint, providing aesthetic to go with utility.
The building features two levels of office space for management, sales, and factory staff including all necessary accoutrements, giving the facility owners a real sense of turn-key convenience. On the logistics side, the project features considerable capacity with multiple loading docks and access doors for free and easy movement of product and transportation traffic. With the owner’s need for storage in mind, Lanca has provided sufficient warehousing space for both product and production.
