St. Basil’s Rectory Renovation

Lanca Contracting worked as a Project Manager with MMMC Architects to renovate the existing Rectory of St. Basil’s Church in Brantford. The project consisted of demolition of a portion of the building, replacing the roof, building new walls, floors, a roof and various finishes. There was also a remodel to the second floor for living quarters, administration offices and meeting rooms.
