Lanca Contracting Limited is excited to construct this 12 Unit Apartment inclusive of all site works, architectural, structural, mechanical & electrical scopes associated with this project. Located in Ohsweken, on Harold Road off of Fourth Line, among several recently completed & upcoming multi-residential projects for the Six Nations of the Grand River Social Services Department. Siteworks & foundation preparation commenced in October of 2022 with an expected move-in-ready completion summer 2023.
This wood framed, 19,058 square foot, two storey apartment includes 12 Units with a mix of 1, 2, 3, & 4 bedroom units to accommodate a diverse range of families. Offering traditional architectural design to compliment the surrounding community. This building also features an elevator as well as 33%, of all units, universally designed to provide assistance to those who are in need.
