Konstant – Phased Expansion

Lanca Contracting Limited is proud to continue our relationship with Konstant. We’re currently well underway with 38,000 sqft of industrial space, being built in two phases. These additions feature Robertson Building Systems pre-engineered steel structure, complete with a mezzanine option for a maintenance shop and increased office and storage capacity. Onsite logistics and communication have been at the forefront of this build, as Konstant maintains production during construction, experiencing limited effect of concurrent construction activity onsite. Relocation of existing air handling equipment in the operational plant, expanded staff parking area, and increased storm water services have all been achieved while Konstant continues on a path of productivity, growth, and success!
