Lanca Contracting Limited has successfully delivered another project for Fort Henry Self Storage. 4 new buildings added 96 new rental units, including 40 climate-controlled units, for peak commercial and operational capacity at the Henry Street site.
Our understanding of Fort Henry’s operational needs allowed us to efficiently manage this challenging building site with minimal impact to their existing customers. We were able to turn a phased-construction constraint into a phased-delivery advantage that allowed Fort Henry to generate income on part if the project while we completed the remainder.
