Lanca Contracting Limited is happy to be partnering with FibreCast Inc. to provide some much-needed storage space at its current facility located at 3264 Mainway, Burlington, ON. This 12,755 square foot addition is constructed using a Robertson Pre-Engineered System.
The expansion encompasses essential features including a new receiving dock, equipped with a manual dock leveler, along with a convenient drive-in door for seamless operations. Some features include radiant tube heaters in the warehouse, electrical service upgrade, mezzanine for additional storage below and recreational staff space above. This addition not only meets immediate needs but also caters to FibreCast Inc.’s growing logistics demands.
Furthermore, the project involved the installation of all-new storm and sewer services throughout the site, along with fresh asphalt paving for the parking lot and shipping/receiving areas. This comprehensive approach ensures enhanced functionality and efficiency for FibreCast Inc’s operations.
