Pauline Johnson Collegiate & Vocational School – Renovations

Lanca Contracting has work way underway for the contract to construct interior renovations to the washroom/change room areas at Pauline Johnson public high school.  The 3,156 sq.ft. will receive a complete demolition of all existing walls and flooring, removal of slab on grade floor in the existing art classroom, in order to turn the space into 4 change rooms for the high school football team.  The new changes will include new concrete floor slab with some ceramic tiles, new interior masonry dividing walls, and all new mechanical and electrical components.  Completion is expected for the beginning of September.
