Lanca Contracting Limited is excited to announce that we have been awarded the contract to construct the Mercedes Benz Service Bay Addition in Barrie, Ontario.  The work will include expansion of the existing service bay with a new 3,000 sq.ft. 21′ high service bay.  The space will feature 3 high speed overhead doors, snow melt system at the detailing bay entrance, 3 new lifts with rough-ins for future lifts and overhead doors.  The structural components will be comprised of concrete block and steel joists, with exterior finishing to be split face coloured architectural concrete block.
