Leasehold Improvements – 1100 Walkers Line Inc.

Lanca Contracting has been awarded the contract to construct Leasehold Improvements for the new tenants at 1100 Walkers Line in Burlington, Ontario. Construction is underway and completion is scheduled for August 2015.  The project consists of a combined total of 12,600 sq.ft. for the 2nd and 3rd floors. Materials used to construct the offices will include carpeting and vinyl plank flooring, painted drywall walls, factory finished wood doors, PC 350 interior doors and windows framing.
