Lanca Contracting Limited has won the contract to construct a truck drive-thru area of 6,854 square feet, running through two existing building additions, approximately 25’ wide and 238’ long. To construct a dividing wall of 6 courses of 8” concrete block with 18-gauge steel stud complete with 26-gauge metal siding both sides up to underside of roof insulation. To supply and install two 20’x16’ electric operated overhead doors complete with a sensor loop so trucks will activate the opening of the overhead doors. To create a 60’ concrete ramp due to the 2’ different floor elevation of the two buildings. To supply infra-red heating units, and co2 sensor system complete with automatic louvers and fan to control truck exhaust.
