KeepRite Refrigeration – Lab Addition

Through a Design-Build contract Lanca Contracting Limited is underway with a 4,065 square foot lab addition at the KeepRite Refrigeration facility located on 159 Roy Boulevard in Brantford, ON.  Conventional structural steel with intent to match the existing facility brick, block and metal veneer.  The steel structure was designed to carry KeepRite’s own refrigeration equipment for their testing in the lab space.  Work got underway mid July with completion scheduled in fall of 2016.
