Brantford Civic Centre – Main Entrance Renovation, Brantford, ON

Lanca Contracting has been awarded the contract for construction services for the Brantford Civic Center.  Construction is underway and completion is scheduled for January 2015.  The project consists of renovations to the main entrances and foyer areas.  Installation of handicapped lift, high end finishes include quartz wall cladding, new service counters, removing and updating flooring, upgraded HVAC systems, new exterior stairs, new doors, and hardware.  Renovations are phased to be completed without disrupting continuous occupancy of the space.
